yes it actually came true.
You might be asking yourselves, "are your nightmares about horrifying monsters that came to eat you alive, or being trapped in a tall building because you broke the laws of physics until one day, you succumb to your death after making a pair of literal wings?"
Lemme tell ya' , thats just the nightmares FOR KIDS, I have another vision of a nightmare, and that is some "Law" destroying something that im "comfortable" with (even though im not but im still fine with it)

our screentime has been reduced to exactly 2 hours, now we both have offline and online classes both at the same time.. it may look frustrating at first since its every period but at the same time, it actually helps for those who needed to accomplish stuff, I thought it wont happen TO US but because the public schools just started a few days ago (I think it was this week, Monday), we really need to follow the guidelines of DepEd or else, our school is 100% screwed ; -;
good thing it will start NEXT WEEK and not at this moment, but wish us luck with the new sched!
